Ředitel Vance organizuje ve Washingtonu konferenci, na které se mají provádět revize starých případů. Přizváni jsou všichni bývalí ředitelé a agenti NCIS. Mimo jiné i ředitel Mosadu a otec Zivy Eli David. Jenomže kdesi v Mexickém zálivu se objeví tři mrtvá těla údajných pašeráků. Gibbs zjistí, že pašeráci přivezli do Spojených států tři teroristy, kteří se už léta snaží Eliho Davida zabít. Gibbs zorganizuje prvotřídní ochranku, ale dojde k přestřelce. Následuje převoz ředitele Davida zpět do zabezpečeného domu. Cestou se ale stane nehoda.(Nova Cinema)
