Die wertvollen Gemälde, die sie einem Kunsthändler als sichere Wertanlage abgekauft hat, sind nur schnöde Fälschungen. Um das verlorene Geld wieder hereinzuholen, setzt sie Bürgermeister Wöller unter Druck. Er soll mehr für das Klostergebäude zahlen als ursprünglich vereinbart.
