Sheppardov výskumný tím objavuje vežu podobnú centrálnej veži na Atlantíde. Je v nej umiestené ovládacie kreslo, ktoré s pomocou Striel chráni celú planétu pred nepriateľskými Wraithami. Rod, ktorý žije vo veži a ovláda technológiu obrany, má v genotype vzácny gén Antikov. Ten sa však s každou ďalšou generáciou oslabuje, takže v blízkej budúcnosti určite nastane chvíľa, kedy potomkovia rodu stratia schopnosť technológiu Antikov ovládať a nebudú môcť planétu ďalej ochraňovať.(TV JOJ)
