Atlantida je stále na pokraji svých sil, a proto musí McKay dokončit generátor, který připevní na jumper. Když se to podaří, mohou odletět na nedalekou replikátorskou planetu a tam získat jejich ZPM. Když se úspěšně dostanou na planetu, Rodney zjistí, že replikátoři byli naprogramování tak, že musí útočit na Wraithy. Sheppardův tým neváhá a kód aktivuje. Teď je tu ještě jeden menší problém - Sheppardův tým se musí nepozorovaně dostat z planety, než si jich všimnou replikátoři.(Varan)

Plukovník Ellis se vrací na Atlantidu se snímky nově postavených replikátorských lodí. Replikátoři tyto lodě staví k útoku na Atlantidu a v tom jim musí Atlantida zabránit. Proto odpálila několik jaderných bomb na planetu, kde replikátoři stavěli své lodě. Následně k Atlantidě přiletí satelit, který má v sobě zabudovanou hvězdnou bránu a z brány najednou vyjde energetický paprsek, který zničí vše, co mu stojí v cestě. Atlantida neváhá a zapne štíty, jenže paprsek je neskutečně silný a štíty to do nekonečna nevydrží. Musí rychle zjistit, jak odolat paprsku, nebo bude Atlantida minulostí.(Varan)
