Sheppard, McKay, Wearová a Beckett se spojili s Rononem a Teylou a společně se vydávají na Atlantidu. Když se k Atlantidě dostanou, kontaktují O´Neilla a Woolseyho a řeknou jim, že je přišli zachránit. McKay dostal nápad, jak by mohli znovu dostat Atlantidu pod kontrolu, jenže je v tom háček. Potřebují k tomu Niama - replikátora, kterého vyhodili z jumperu do vesmíru. Při záchraně Woolseyho a O´Neilla z vězení je Sheppardův tým zajat. Ale to by nebyl Sheppardův tým, aby neměli nějaké to eso v rukávu.(Varan)
