Výsledkom je šesť mŕtvych a nespočetné množstvo zranených civilistov. Taliansko žiada, aby mu vydali vinného amerického pilota a mohol sa postaviť pred taliansky súd. V opačnom prípade Taliansko hrozí, že na svojom území zatvorí všetky americké vojenské základne. Tomu chcú Spojené štáty predísť za každú cenu, a tak ustanovia vojenský súd, kde sa na stranu obžalovaného pilota postaví Harm a vládu Spojených štátov zastupuje MacKenzieová ako žalobca. Harm sa v prvom rade pokúsi vyvrátiť obvinenia zo zabitia. Začne vypočúvať niekoľkých vysokých vojenských činiteľov, ale tí odpovedajú len veľmi zdráhavo a neúplne.(TV Wau)
